Great photos, but one was damaged

I’ve ordered from Fox Print several times (always the photos on card stock with the white borders). The photos turn out great and are perfect for the baby books I use. This time, though, one of the photos arrived scratched, very noticeably, which I don’t remember having happened before. When I reached out to customer service they said they couldn’t send me a replacement because of how they print the photos, but they did refund the 80 (?) cent cost of the photo. I ordered all the pictures for this year of the baby book at once, so to get the one that’s now missing, I’d need to pay for 9 more photos (since there’s a 10 photo minimum) plus shipping. It’s not a huge deal, since I’ll order more in a year anyway, but I wish there was a way they could have just sent me a replacement.

Great Quality and Perfect Size

Excellent. Loved the quality. Most I gave as a gift but here is an example of one of my flower photos. I just placed another order for more--same size, more flowers! Great size and the border sets off the photos. I love FoxPrint's size options (square, retro, etc). Great discovery.

Perfect prints for a DIY project

I am so glad that I used FoxPrint for my bordered photos--The pictures came out clear (unlike photos I have previously printed with companies like Shutterfly, the photos always turned out so grainy) and on a high quality paper. FoxPrint is now my go-to for printing photos!

Love to give collections of photos for gifts

The quality is awesome and unique to other printing services. Really excellent value. Delivery takes a little time, allow a little more than a week. Everyone I gift these to loves them and asks where I got them printed.
