Photo Prints Specification

The size of the photo prints is 3x3" (7.6 x 7.6cm), 3x4" (7.6 x 10cm), 4x4" (10x10cm) or 5x5" (12.5x12.5cm). We are using high resolution photo paper (260gsm) with matte or glossy finish and clear white back. Minimum order is 10 photos.

Photo Stickers Specification

The size of the photo stickers is 3x3" (7.6 x 7.6cm), 3x4" (7.6 x 10cm) or4x4"(10x10cm). We are using high resolution photo paper with matte finish and self adhesive back. Stickers are for indoor use only! Minimum order is 10 stickers.

Photo Magnets Specification

The size of the photo magnets is 2.5x2.5" (6.35x6.35cm) with slightly rounded corners. These are perfect gifts for loved ones. One magnet can hold up to 7 sheets of paper. Minimum order is 6 magnets.

Posters Specification

The size of the posters is 11x14" (28x35,5cm), printed on high resolution 2.400px digital press, 350gsm (130lb cover) paper.

Shipping

Usually, we ship your order same day* by USPS First Class mail or USPS Priority mail with tracking  from San Diego, California. Price for international shipping is calculated automatically when you choose your country.
*If ordered before 2pm Pacific Time

I didn't receive my order yet

If you choose 'USPS 4-6 business days shipping' option at the checkout, we will send your order by USPS First Class mail and it can take up to 10 business days for package to arrive. If you need your prints faster, choose "USPS Priority 3 business days" with tracking and delivery in 2-3 business days*.
While the situation is in the hands of the post once your order has been confirmed as shipped, we can sometimes look up the status of your order to help. International orders can not be tracked outside of the States.

FoxPrint is not responsible for a package once it has been confirmed delivered to the correct address. If for any reason we should receive it back from the post, we will contact you with further options. In that case, customer is responsible for the new shipping label.

Note that we will not refund orders above $25.

My package was sent back to your office. What do I do now?

If we receive your order back in the mail because it was not able to be delivered or was not picked up in time, all details and shipping prices will be listed in the customer service emails sent to you once the return is processed. We can send the package again to the same (or new) address but you have to pay for this shipping or you can have your order refunded minus the original shipping cost. Please note that processing returns can take time. We go through all of them as quickly as possible and your patience is appreciated.
FoxPrint is not responsible for any packages that were returned for failure of delivery (multiple delivery attempts, insufficient address information, or refusal). We are not responsible for the original shipping or return shipping.

Is my credit card information secure?

Yes. Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL-256) technology, which is widely used on the Internet for this purpose. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.
