If you choose 'USPS 8-10 business days shipping' option at the checkout, we will send your order by USPS First Class mail and it can take up to 10 business days for package to arrive. If you need your prints faster, choose "UPS Next or 2nd Day Air" with tracking and delivery in 1-2 business days*.

While the situation is in the hands of the post once your order has been confirmed as shipped, we can sometimes look up the status of your order to help. We are not responsible for delivery of international orders.
FoxPrint is not responsible for a package once it has been confirmed delivered to the correct address. If for any reason we should receive it back from the post, we will contact you with further options. In that case, customer is responsible for the new shipping label.
Note that we will not refund orders above $25.
If we receive your order back in the mail because it was not able to be delivered or was not picked up in time, all details and shipping prices will be listed in the customer service emails sent to you once the return is processed. We can send the package again to the same (or new) address but you have to pay for this shipping or you can have your order refunded minus the original shipping cost. Please note that processing returns can take time. We go through all of them as quickly as possible and your patience is appreciated.
