Ordering & Shipping

How long does it take to get my prints?

We print every order on demand in Utah. Production takes 2-3 business days, then shipping adds 5-7 days for USPS Ground, 3-4 days for USPS Priority, or 2 days for FedEx. Total delivery time: 5-10 business days depending on your shipping choice.

Do you offer rush printing?

Yes. Contact us at support@foxprint.com and we can upgrade your shipping to UPS Next Day or 2nd Day Air. Rush production may also be available - just ask.

Can I pickup my order in Salt Lake City?

No. Our commercial liability insurance doesn't allow customers on-site. All orders must ship via mail.

Can I track my order?

Yes, visit your account to see tracking information.

Can I order magnets and photo prints in the same order?

Yes.

Print Specifications

What paper do you use for photo prints?

300gsm archival cardstock with a natural finish - somewhere between matte and glossy. It's thick, substantial paper that feels quality in your hands. Made to last when stored properly.

What sizes do you offer?

Square prints: 3x3", 4x4", 5x5". Rectangle prints: 3x4", 4x6", 5x7". Art prints: 8x10", 11x14", 16x20", 18x24". Posters: 20x30". Stickers match most print sizes. Magnets are 2.5x2.5".

What is the minimum order?

Prints and stickers: 10 pieces minimum. Magnets: 6 pieces minimum.

Photo Quality & Editing

Do you color correct my photos?

No. Your photo prints exactly as you upload it. No filters, no auto-enhance, no color correction. If your photo is dark or taken in poor lighting, increase brightness/exposure before uploading for best results.

What resolution should my photos be?

Higher is better. We can print most phone photos, but the sharper your original, the sharper your print. Very low resolution images may print blurry or pixelated.

Why do my prints look different than on screen?

Screens emit light; paper reflects it. Colors may appear slightly different in print. This is normal for all photo printing.

Product Differences

What's the difference between prints and stickers?

Prints are 300gsm cardstock - substantial paper you can frame, mail, or display. Stickers are slightly thinner with adhesive backing. Stickers are for indoor use only: baby books, laptops, journals, craft projects. Not waterproof, not for walls.

What are retro prints?

3x4" prints with a white border and space below for your own text - dates, names, captions. The instant camera look without the instant camera price. Available as prints or stickers.

What's different about art prints and posters?

Art prints (8x10" and up) and posters (20x30") use satin-coated paper, not our standard cardstock. The coating gives colors extra pop. These ship flat, not rolled, to prevent creases. Posters are printed on 216gsm (80lb cover) paper.

I didn't receive my order yet

If you chose USPS Ground (5-7 business days), please allow the full delivery window. If you need faster delivery, choose FedEx or UPS at checkout. Contact us at support@foxprint.com if your tracking shows no movement.

My package was sent back to your office. What do I do now?

If we receive your order back because it was undeliverable or not picked up, we'll email you with options. We can reship to the same or new address (you pay shipping) or refund minus original shipping cost. Processing returns takes time - we work through them as quickly as possible.

International Orders

Canada customers: Due to changes in Canada customs policy, delivery can take up to 5 weeks. Please don't order if you need your prints sooner.

While delivery is in the hands of the post once shipped, we can sometimes help look up status. We are not responsible for delivery of international orders or packages confirmed delivered to the correct address.

Note: We will not refund international orders above $25.

Returns & Issues

What if my order is wrong or damaged?

Contact us at support@foxprint.com with photos. We'll reprint or refund. We stand behind our work.

Can I return prints if I don't like how they turned out?

Custom printed photos can't be resold, so we don't accept returns for preference. But if there's a production error or damage, we'll make it right.

Security & Privacy

Is my credit card information secure?

Yes. Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL-256) technology.

Is my data safe?

Yes. We use secure connections and don't sell or share your photos or information.
